- • Community content: posts, comments, likes, and follow relationships on the feed.

- • Usage data: features used, screens viewed, time spent, and in-app interactions.
- • Location data: approximate or precise location (with your permission) to power nearby-track discovery via Google Maps geolocation.

- • App store platforms: subscription status and billing confirmations for Track Owner accounts.

- • Create and manage your RaceTracker account and profile.
- • Enable Track Owners to create, publish, and manage track listings and race schedules.
- • Process and manage monthly subscriptions for Track Owner accounts.
- • Power location-based “nearby tracks” discovery using the Google Maps API.
- • Display and manage the community feed (posts, follows, likes, comments).
- • Send push notifications about followed tracks and reminders for saved/favourited events, where enabled.
- • Enable sharing of track profiles and events with friends.
- • Improve Platform security, performance, and user experience.
- • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- • With other users: track profiles, event details, public user profiles, and community feed posts are visible to other RaceTracker users.
- • With Google: location data is shared with the Google Maps API to power location-based features, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
- • With app store platforms: subscription and billing information is processed by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
- • With service providers: trusted vendors who assist with hosting, analytics, push notifications, and customer support, under strict data processing agreements.

RaceTracker uses location data to power “nearby tracks” discovery through the Google Maps API. We request location permission only when necessary and only with your explicit consent. If you follow a track or save/favourite an event, you may receive push notifications related to that track’s updates or event reminders. You can manage or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or within the app.

Track Owner accounts are restricted to users 18 and older. Racing Fan accounts may be used by minors only with parental or guardian consent and supervision.
