By downloading, installing, or using the RaceTracker mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use RaceTracker. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and RaceTracker.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a Track Owner. Racing Fans under the age of 18 may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using RaceTracker, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
RaceTracker supports two types of users:
By selecting a role during registration, you agree to the responsibilities and terms associated with that role.
4.1 Track Owners must maintain an active monthly subscription to list a track profile and publish race events on RaceTracker.
4.2 Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled through your device’s app store account settings.
4.3 If a subscription lapses or is cancelled, the associated track profile and event listings may be hidden or removed from public view until the subscription is reactivated.
4.4 Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or by the policies of the relevant app store.
5.1 Track Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information they publish, including track name, location, photos, descriptions, race schedules, dates, and times.
5.2 RaceTracker does not verify the accuracy of event details, the safety of any listed track, or the occurrence of any scheduled event. Fans should confirm event details directly with the track before attending.
5.3 RaceTracker reserves the right to remove any listing or event that is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
5.4 Track Owners may edit or remove their events at any time. RaceTracker is not responsible for losses incurred by fans due to event changes, postponements, or cancellations made by Track Owners.
6.1 Racing Fans may browse all listed tracks and events at no cost, search by name, city, or tags, mark tracks as favourites, and opt in to receive reminders for saved events.
6.2 Location-based features (including “nearby tracks” discovery) use the Google Maps geolocation services. By enabling location access, you agree to Google’s applicable terms of service.
6.3 Sharing features allow fans to share track profiles or events with friends via third-party platforms. RaceTracker is not responsible for content shared outside the Platform.
All users — both Track Owners and Racing Fans — may use the community feed to post content related to their racing experiences, follow and unfollow other users, view public profiles, and like or comment on posts. By posting content, you grant RaceTracker a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the Platform.
You agree not to post content that:
RaceTracker reserves the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these community standards.
Track Owners may opt to send push notifications to their followers regarding upcoming events and schedule changes. By following a track, Racing Fans consent to receive such notifications. Notification preferences can be managed within the app’s settings at any time.

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and design elements on the RaceTracker Platform are owned by or licensed to RaceTracker. These Terms do not grant you any right to use RaceTracker’s intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Platform as intended. User-generated content (track profiles, event listings, posts, photos) remains the property of the user who created it, subject to the license granted in Section 7.
RaceTracker is an information and discovery platform only. We do not own, operate, or manage any race track, and we do not organize or guarantee the occurrence of any race or event. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RaceTracker is not responsible for the safety, conduct, or conditions at any track or event listed on the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaceTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses related to attending, missing, or travelling to any race event. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to RaceTracker in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RaceTracker, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
RaceTracker may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the Platform or its users. Upon termination of a Track Owner account, the associated subscription will be cancelled and listings removed. Sections 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration proceeding.
RaceTracker reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, by in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
